It took replacing the motherboard on the laptop. We searched and installed it for more than a month. Plus, they insisted on reinstalling Windows. They charged 450 rubles for everything (which immediately seemed expensive). The price was named after the installation. For this money, you could buy a used laptop in pretty good condition! They refused to say what the fee was, where it was purchased, how much the fee itself cost, and how much the replacement cost. The problems surfaced immediately: a very long download when turned on and a slow, hanging Youtube. He brought it back, described the problem - "Let's change Windows again." OK, changed, another 50 rubles. The problems, of course, have not disappeared. I called again, this time with anger - "Come, we will return your 50 rubles." I came again - they did not return anything, but they began to sell more RAM. Picture: the repairman himself puts in new RAM, sees for himself that nothing is changing, but still stubbornly tries to sell them to me. "You have an old laptop, there's nothing you can do.".. Yes, I know it's not new, but I have another laptop of the same age, but it works great.
After several trips to other services, it turned out:
1. The problem is precisely in this replaced board, it is VERY bad (and not in the double replacement of Windows and new RAM;
2. It's not easy to find a fee, but it doesn't take a month for people who are engaged in these repairs.;
3. And most importantly, it costs several times cheaper - other services laughed when they heard this price.
It's a shame not even for the money, but for being tricked and made out to be an idiot.

The only question is the price. In Yandex maps, the price of 50 buns is in the goods and services section and it is not specified whether the price differs depending on the type of laptop. For my gaming laptop, the price was 100 boons. Therefore, the entire price list is called into question.
Maybe there is this clarification somewhere below, or on the website, but the fact is that it was not there where the price is indicated.

It's just a terrible service! I handed over the headphones for diagnosis, paid 50 rubles, hoping that they would find the cause of the problem, because one earphone turned off after a few minutes. I expected that they would explain to me what was the matter and provide me with a normal act. But instead, they just listened a couple of times and wrote in the act: "short—term earphone operation" - well, yes, I knew it myself! They took money for such a "diagnosis", and there were also grammatical errors in the act! Absolutely incompetent service, they just took the money and did nothing. I do not advise you to apply, it is a waste of time and money!
