Very poor service. I made an appointment for my first paid appointment with a pediatrician with a newborn. Recorded at a specific time. The reception was delayed for 30 minutes, until I asked why the reception was delayed, we would not have been accepted, but I did not wait for an answer in the end, why was it delayed, as if it did not matter. As a result, we got to a doctor who unfortunately does not know Russian well and also complained of severe fatigue and dizziness, and this is all a paid appointment worth AMD 25,000. Okay, the child was looked at, weighed, measured. They explained something with gestures. They didn't give any recommendations on care or admission of specialists. We wanted to get attached to this clinic, but I don't think we'll go there anymore. The hole is very small, there is no distribution of the sick from the healthy, which is very important when you have a newborn. The ratings, as most people understood, were screwed up and made by the employees themselves. Be careful!!!

On November 15, during an operation for an inguinal hernia, my 2-month-old son's life was interrupted due to anesthesia. The anesthesiologist was Anna Vardanyan (a fraud). The first time we visited this hospital, I was filled with great confidence in both the hospital and the doctors. However, while already there, I personally encountered their poor professional performance and inattention. Without a thorough examination, my baby was operated on, oxygen starvation began, and almost all vital organs were affected. I was assured and deceived that everything ended well, but immediately after the operation, the child had a cardiac arrest, as a result of heart massage, the child was put into an artificial coma and transferred to the intensive care unit. My child lived for 5 days, and on the morning of November 15, he failed to save my baby's life due to a drop in blood pressure. 😥
May God be their judge, may they be deprived of their activities. Professionals with such quotes should not work and play with the lives of people and children in general.
My advice is not to take or endanger the lives of children. My baby's life was interrupted due to improper professionalism and inattention. 😢😢😥😥

We were transported to a hospital, another doctor came, examined our ears and said that at the moment he did not see any discharge of pus, let's go donate blood, put a catheter, then they will look again.... I can't describe how both my two-month-old daughter and I felt when they couldn't get into a Vein, there was literally no place left not to try....In Yerosh, they decided to take me to the intensive care unit to try, they tried in every possible way to persuade me to give up the child and go outside, of course, in vain I did not leave my kitten alone.... We went up to the palace, came to look at the ears, and what?
- The child does not have otitis media, perhaps the eaten milk got into the ear and caused confusion;..... but since the child has a fever, let's wait for the response of the tests.:
The nurse comes up, the IV is ready, I say, but the doctor said that this was not necessary, she looked at my face in surprise.... I came to check the catheter, said that it was not in place, not in a vein, and it remained on my child's arm all night. The wrong diagnosis, all the wrong treatment, senseless stress for me and my child.
The next day, I already decided to be discharged, because everything was fine with my daughter, she had no fever, but the doctor came and said that the blood tests were bad, the TS-reactive protein index was very high, which is a sign of the inflammatory process, and we can't wait to start immediately. antibiotic treatment. we started treatment, they tried to install a catheter again, stress again and everything is useless....
Actually, I have a lot to say, but I can't write that much, I'll move on to the topic itself.:

In general, the clinic in the center of Yerevan is not bad.
Of the cons: you may have to wait. There are a lot of people, but depending on the time, there may not be many. In different ways.
At prices about the same as in paid clinics in Moscow, that is, not cheap, but I would not say that it is super expensive. Just like in other private (!) clinics.
One of those doctors to whom I was signed up is now in constant contact with me, very cool, tells me a lot of things and helps. Up to the point that he can bring medicine from abroad if he goes there.
What I didn't like in appearance was dentistry - either I didn't understand, or there's some kind of small basement with one door and somehow it doesn't look premium :)
Now I'm going there again, let's look at other doctors.

A visit to a doctor for a citizen of Armenia costs 17,000 drams, and for a citizen of the Russian Federation 30,000 drams, apparently a triple tax is paid for non-citizens. In general, if you have any respect for yourself, don't go there.
And by the way, if you have a residence permit, according to the law of the Republic of Armenia, you have all the same rights as full-fledged citizens of the Republic of Armenia, but the only thing is that you do not have the right to participate in elections. But here in this clinic they didn't give a damn about your residence permit, and many places as well.

The operator girl, instead of clearly explaining how to get to us, hung up the phone. While they were looking , they were late for an appointment, they waited in line for about 40 minutes. The corridors are packed with visitors and this is in a paid hospital in the midst of a flu epidemic! They didn't warn me about the non-cash payment, and they were rude at the reception when I said that I would write a review. Despite the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff, the cardiologist is an excellent specialist.
