Unfortunately, there are more boxes in the hall than there are fitting rooms. This is usually not so critical, but before the holidays it is very felt that the room is not enough for such a customer flow. But on some days it's even empty.

This point is across the street from home, so it's the most convenient for me, especially on weekends and vacations. I didn't use it for a long time, I was very satisfied with my previous point, on Odintsovo 20. But I think we should try, right next to it, it's stupid to compete there when there's little time. No! I'd rather sacrifice my time or go another time, and to ANOTHER point, to Odintsovo. I don't need strained, hypocritical smiles, chatty "staff" (sorry😉), but here, even for me, it's disgusting. I have something to compare it with) As already written, they do not know the elementary words "hello" and "goodbye", and this is the minimum that I can write about. And this is not about one girl. Very unpleasant! This item is not for me (Sorry! But the area is large, although I didn't meet many people there....

On December 13, 2021, I turned to the WB pick-up point at Mazurova 24, since on December 11, 2021, I ordered Oral-B Pro 3 electric toothbrushes. I entered the room of the pick-up point and greeted a WB employee, who did not react in any way. I understand that working with clients is hard work. But if you go to a job that involves communicating with clients, you get paid for it, then the client should not worry about whether it is difficult for the employee and whether he has domestic problems. Having beaten off the qr code, the WB employee quickly brought electric toothbrushes. However, she did not put them on the counter, but THREW them. I'm sorry, but here the question arises: WHY IS THE WB EMPLOYEE CARELESS ABOUT THE PRODUCT? IT IS CLEAR WHY THE BOX IS CRUMPLED! Oral-B Pro 3 electric toothbrushes were purchased as a gift and now we need to solve the packaging issue. Additional costs. I asked a WB employee to connect a charger for electric toothbrushes to an outlet, to which I heard sighs and stupid questions: why, why, and what should be? I THINK THE WB PICK-UP POINT SHOULD HAVE OUTLETS AVAILABLE TO THE CUSTOMER! For example, at the same counter, so that the customer checks if the order is correct, if necessary. Then the problems with paying for the order began. One price is indicated in the product card, as a result, WB withdraws a different amount of money from the card. I had to transfer money from card to card. Again, additional costs in the form of a transfer fee. After paying for the order, I did not hear a word about the operation from the employee, I have to guess for myself whether the payment was made. Fortunately, SMS notification is enabled.
