The staff is nice and smiles until you get embarrassed. They refused to accept the item, referring to the "marriage". But the most disgusting thing is the behavior of the employee: she literally threw the thing back, grinning, and with some malice poked at the barely noticeable spot. When I suggested that she could have left it herself (with dirty hands or a table), she just laughed cynically and, ignoring my arguments, mockingly issued the acceptance of the goods. Thank you for the spoiled mood, there is no desire to use the World Bank anymore and even more so to visit your pick-up point. Also pay attention to maintaining the purity of the PVZ. Not only is it unpleasant to be there, but the version that the longsleeve was ruined during the return trip no longer seems so crazy. Especially considering these murdered fitting rooms. By the way, I'm attaching a photo of the marriage :)

But lately you often get replaced - as a result, the place is dirty, messy, and sometimes rude.
