The pick-up point is located near the house, this is probably the biggest plus, otherwise I would like to express my displeasure: it is almost always dirty, the mats in the fitting room are such that it is easier to get on the floor, the hooks for clothes are broken off. The service is adequate until you bring something for a refund, then it starts, then call the call center, then the product is non-refundable, then the packaging is not complete (I think more than one person faced a problem about the packaging). I will not write about the product, since this does not apply to the pick-up point.
