Of my orders, used ones, as some write, were not, my wife had questions about clothes. Of the disadvantages, you need to look at which warehouse the delivery is from, otherwise it may take a long time, and payment is only through your personal account, which requires ALL the card data, which can only be found in the bank 😁

I called this pick-up point (Vitebsk, Moskovsky Avenue 103) on 30.03.2021 at about 13:45. I was rude to questions about the work of the WildBerries online store: "I'm not a reference for you!" and they hung up. Having understood nothing and in order to get at least some contact details of the online store, I continued to call. At first, the phone was not picked up at all, then it was dropped. Finally, the phone was picked up and in the course of the conversation, the woman rudely informed that this was a completely different company and they only gave out parcels. This surprised me, in the office where WildBerries is written in large letters, they don't know anything about it at all and it's not clear who our things are entrusted to. Neither the name of the owner of this office, nor the person talking to me on the phone, It was not possible to find out. She just refused to talk and hung up after saying goodbye. Even if you are not competent to answer the questions, you could explain it culturally. I will definitely come to meet you personally))
