I recommend this item only if you are lucky enough to get on a girl with a blonde square. She is one adequate and polite employee, but the second one is beyond words. I received sneakers without a logo (it was on the website). When I wanted to cancel the order BEFORE the purchase, the employee refused to accept the refund. She said it was a "different model," and insisted that I BUY the product first and then sort it out through the app. In fact, I was forced to pay for a joint of Wildberries. This is a gross violation of the rights of buyers. If you see this employee, know that she may refuse a legitimate refund and be rude. The management of Wildberries urgently needs to have a conversation with her.
