I've never written negative reviews, but here, I just want to scream. To receive the goods in the evening, you need to arrive at least 3 hours in advance to spend them in line, the service takes place at a rate of 2-3 people per hour, an insanely small point. A woman who gives out goods doesn't even try to speed up, it feels like she's dragging her feet, I've never seen this at pick-up points.

It's a great pick-up point, and it's the staff who make it that way! They serve quickly, intelligently and in a good mood. There are queues during rush hour, but they also resolve in no time thanks to knowledgeable staff!
