At 19:00 I will go again to pick up the paid and delivered goods. If I don't see an open item, wait for a written complaint. Either close down or work on schedule.

The situation has not been resolved for 2 weeks, they are being fed incomprehensible promises about the mythical "money has already been returned to the card." The pick-up point itself does not solve the issue, the support service talks for 2 weeks about "processing requests", without clear deadlines for resolving the situation, the culprit of which is the entrepreneur.
