It is regularly closed at random times for breaks. A courier was called before NG - he did not come that day at all. Okay, we got it ourselves tomorrow! A courier was called today. He was "not found" again. At 18.10, my husband went to the PVZ - the sign "closed until 19.00"! The courier has not been found since 16:24. At 19:00 I will go again to pick up the paid and delivered goods. If I don't see an open item, wait for a written complaint. Either close down or work on schedule.

The best pick-up point in principle , thanks to the owner for recruiting cool staff, there was a smart guy there who works great , if we talk about the girls who work there , then I would like to have such employees like yours . I've never had any problems with my orders personally, and even if I had, I wouldn't be offended, i.e. I rate the work of the staff at 💯% from the moment the point was opened, the staff easily answer any question I might have, and they are very quick and attentive! Thank you all very much! When I often visit you, I am shocked by the people who come to you and lose faith in their minds, patience to all of you guys!

I ordered perfumes, the pick-up point managed to "lose" them, but it was beautifully decorated on the last day of the "received" receipt period. The situation has not been resolved for 2 weeks, they are being fed incomprehensible promises about the mythical "money has already been returned to the card." The pick-up point itself does not solve the issue, the support service talks for 2 weeks about "processing requests", without clear deadlines for resolving the situation, the culprit of which is the entrepreneur.
