As a result, she refused to accept the product and told me to apply through my personal account, but the seller does not accept it.

I was at the checkpoint around 13 : 00 today . The woman who delivers the goods is absolutely not competent. I had to issue a refund. She also yelled at me . She refused to give her last name and patronymic. There is no complaint book. The most interesting thing was that Director Dmitry Mikhailovich was next to zero attention.
