I approached the employee, I say that we would like to pick up the goods - in response, silence, only a dissatisfied look. Since it's not interesting to play peepers, I decided that to get it, you need to name the code from the application (the employee was silent). He called the code - in response, the answer is dissatisfied - last name. Out of grief, our order was brought to the popals and it was all in silence, no please, nothing. Of course, they did not offer the package, although they saw that the product was bulky, so I had to ask for it myself. And we don't know about elementary EDUCATION either.
