The first time they closed because of the unloading of goods, they hung a cardboard sign, the second time the door was closed, there are no signs, but there are people inside, several people were standing under the doors on the street did not understand what was happening. After 5 minutes, the girl who is in the room cannot leave because of the closed door, a wb employee runs and informs them that they will not let people in anymore, as they will accept the goods. The third time I came at 10:17 a.m., and again I was greeted by a homemade sign that the pick-up point opens at 11 I am very interested in what time I need to go to be able to get there, considering that the first time I went in the afternoon, the second in the evening, the third in the morning. For such a service, 2 stars maximum.

They couldn't find my filter, they asked me to leave a phone number, and as soon as they find the filter, they will dial. Left. They didn't dial it. Do you know why? I didn't specify a "plus" before the phone number. They hold me (the client) for ... It is very strange why the management does not take action when it is obvious that the quality of service has changed dramatically for the worse.
