Unfortunately, my review doesn't fall into the enthusiastic category - quite the opposite. Judging by similar reviews, I am far from the only one who has faced a similar situation. The first time, I was required to redeem an item that had not been delivered at all. In the second case, they were forced to buy back the thing that turned out to be dirty. To my refusals to buy out, I received a standard response from an employee: "These are the rules of the store." I would like to remind you that, in addition to internal rules, there are also laws - in particular, the Law on Consumer Protection, which explicitly prohibits coercion to buy back goods, especially in such cases. You have a very interesting approach to customers: you allow some to take the goods for fitting without ransom, and you oblige others to redeem soiled or not delivered orders at all, with arguments in the spirit of "these are our rules, what can I do, write to the seller." Your PVZ has an interesting approach...
