The dressing rooms are clean, each one has a rug and a trash can.

06.03.24 I came to the pick-up point to pick up the goods. I opened the product with an employee of the pick-up point, who saw the marriage with me, but I could not return it, because the product did not pass through the system, it is irrevocable. I was told to buy it, and only then I was able to apply for a refund. You cannot immediately return it, despite the fact that the product has leaked, the WB rules do not allow it. But the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Protection" says the opposite. Well, I made concessions and bought the product in order to apply, because I was offered to leave the marriage at the pick-up point and not drag it home, they say, I still have to return for it with an application approved by the store or not approved. At the pick-up point, you need to show that you have approved the refund, only then will the money be refunded, according to the WB employee. But this is not the case. It turned out that you can come to show approval for a refund to the pick-up point, and return the marriage to them, or you can send it by courier. And in my case, it was possible not to go anywhere, the money will be returned automatically to the card because I was allowed not to return it. This is the first joint of a WB employee. 07.03.24 I came with an approved application, as I was told, not yet knowing the points listed above. I will attach a verbatim response of approval below. I said that I was picking up a defective product, and bought a package. Everything was fine right away, then the employee of the pick-up point hesitated, called some administrator to ask if I could give my goods back. Without telling at all how things were, she said that the buyer wanted to pick up the goods, to which she was told that she would return the money and pick up the goods, they say, don't I want a lot! Although I have repeatedly shown what was written to me in the application, but she repeated that there are some other wb rules, and it is she who should write off this product, otherwise this money for a refund will be charged from her. In general, the WB employee decided that she would not give me the goods I had already bought and began to take them away slowly, I did not let her do this, to which they showed me the camera, and told me not to grab the package, because then she would demonstrate it to the police so that she would not pay for a refund, which was not necessary return it. I wonder what she would say to the police that she doesn't want to give me my goods in my package. In general, in fact, I took all the goods, back on 03/06/24. and the ill-fated marriage, including, and only on a voluntary basis, the WB employee left it for storage, I did not ask her about it, in the system and in fact it was with me, and was redeemed by me. And I was very annoyed that some employees of the issuing point decided that they could not return the goods I had already purchased, and leave it to put in the return box, and they were not forced to pay for the fact that I took what I should have. I couldn't leave for a long time, because I was waiting for her to call another admin, and he would tell her what to do, constantly poking the device at the keycode, it's unclear why. Then a girl came with a similar situation, leaked perfume, and for some reason was able to return them immediately. I asked why, the employee decided that I was an empty place, and told the girl not to pay attention to me. After that, I asked for the name of the employee of the pick-up point, for a review, they did not answer me. But they started talking. I was able to pick up my product, which belongs to me and not to a wb employee, leaving the phone so that she would dial me when she contacted the administrator, and I brought the marriage back. And after that she said that she would not call me, she would pay for everything herself, out of her own pocket, the holiday was all the same, and asked me not to put one star on the pick-up point. If they write to me that I need to return the marriage, I will return it through the courier, but definitely not through this pick-up point.
