Hello. I wanted to pick up one product today and cancel the second one tomorrow, as I was missing a couple of rubles on my card. I asked the girl not to put it in the refund box today (I work for the World Bank myself and could pick it up during the day). The girl was rude to me, "read the regulations, employee," and refused my request. I won't go to this point anymore.

I rarely write negative reviews, but today I can't ignore them. Because it cost me a lot of nerves and time spent and trust in the company. Like many people, I buy on Waldberiss, it's cheap and profitable. The products usually arrive normally, but sometimes you can't do without a refund. Of the 12 ordered items, I refused 7. As a result, 185 rubles were deducted from my card instead of 102.. is that okay? The phone shows that 5 products worth 102 rubles have been purchased I return to the point where the employee did not want to resolve the issue and sent me to the call center. The call took half an hour. And to be honest, they answered me very displeased and annoyed. But they made a refund, which, for a moment, I have to wait at least another 10-14 days for the card. It turns out that with the breastplate of the item, three of them first spent , and then issued a certificate. So what's that supposed to mean??? What if I hadn't paid attention to the write-off? I'd be too lazy to call the call center.... The trust was not lost on the pick-up point, although it was also lost on him... but also to the company. I recommend that everyone pay attention to the charges for goods that an employee of the pick-up point makes to you. And I don't recommend this pick-up point to anyone. and I won 't be serviced there anymore. Therefore, one star. Although they didn't deserve it either.

I like this point. Employees try to issue orders quickly and help people if they don't understand something.
