Boorish attitude of the staff. I was picking up a product that needed to be checked for operability by plugging it into an outlet. The product came in its own box on top of a film with a wb barcode label. The staff forbade checking the product on the spot, relying on the fact that it is factory packaging. When asked what if the product turned out to be non-working, 2 employees showed disrespect and raised their voices to explain that you would not be able to refuse it.

The pick-up point is terrible, the mats on which you have to stand without shoes are all dirty. The staff at the pick-up point are always tired and meet with discontent. I picked up the defective product, the employee paid for this order without warning. And it didn't help how to send the product for a refund

Hello, until 12/28/24 I was very happy with the PVZ, everything was very high-quality,fast,friendly,but today's case just "killed" me, how could I stop servicing one customer (view the cameras,time 11.45-11.52), and start servicing another customer, I am very indignant, I also work in the service department,I don't allow myself to do that.I'm very surprised how this is possible.
