There were also unpleasant incidents - they marked it as received, but the thing was not given out (by my arrival it was listed in the application as not yet received), they took it away, and the marriage turned out to be at home. As a rule, disputes of this kind were resolved in my favor. There are no questions about the department. But correspondence with the support service is a big waste of time and effort. I tried to get justice with a defective boat, but gave up when the support sent me to the seller's service center 10 times, and the seller, after weeks of correspondence, still said that he did not have a service center in Minsk and washed his hands of it. I waved my hand, 25 rubles in the trash, annoying, but okay. Now I have a defective water heater for 100 rubles, upon receipt, of course, it is impossible to check the operation. And for 2 weeks now I have been texting and calling support, and who is still there. The application is, of course, convenient, but there is no more equipment, and certainly I will not order anything expensive on WB anymore - it is more expensive for myself.
