If the ordered product did not arrive (the wrong size of clothes / shoes or defective) - a refund from a foreign legal entity. And this is fraught with going to the tax office, where they will require proof of a refund (practically impossible because the bank statement does not indicate that this is a refund) or payment of income tax.
