08.11.2024. The staff is rude and irresponsible. Having asked how long the technical break will last, in response I hear a boorish and indignant "I don't know" from one employee and a malicious "half an hour" from the second. I hasten to note that for some reason, when accepting the goods, the other two employees worked without interruption. One received customers, the other was engaged in the acceptance of goods. And there were no signs or door closures from customers. Why this happens to these two in the 08.11 shift is still unclear. It's not the first time.Also, when visiting this PVZ, the same two employees mocked the customers. I ask you to take this review responsibly to the HEAD of the PVZ point on Odintsovo 69!
