08.11.2024. The staff is rude and irresponsible. Having asked how long the technical break will last, in response I hear a boorish and indignant "I don't know" from one employee and a malicious "half an hour" from the second. I hasten to note that for some reason, when accepting the goods, the other two employees worked without interruption. One received customers, the other was engaged in the acceptance of goods. And there were no signs or door closures from customers.
Why this happens to these two in the 08.11 shift is still unclear. It's not the first time.Also, when visiting this PVZ, the same two employees mocked the customers. I ask you to take this review responsibly to the HEAD of the PVZ point on Odintsovo 69!

There are adults and children. A young employee swears obscenities as she does not want to work. Her partner is late and says that we should be grateful that he came at all. It feels like I visited a pub and not a store.

I come here sometimes a couple of times a week)) everything is always good, there are always several employees, they manage to serve everyone, there is no dirt and interfering boxes, do not believe those reviews)) The large boxes stand against the wall on the side of the cash register and do not bother anyone. In general, everything is fine, the staff are all sweethearts :)

Don't set foot in here anymore. I stood in a queue of five people for half an hour. The point is dirty, smeared walls, boxes on the floor, long queues, equipment failures, hour breaks. But what does not depend on the employees, these are crazy people who spend 10 minutes on returns for one, because they do not know what packages they took out of! Try it on in shopping malls!
