It was very, very unpleasant, a man was standing at the checkpoint and behaved very freely and did not even listen, later I found out that this was his pick-up point and he proved to me that there was a marriage (a small spot that was erased by water, and an allegedly smeared T-shirt on the back)) In short, on the same day I went to another pick-up point, showed these goods, they were taken from me without any problems and the money was returned. I do not recommend visiting this pick-up point if you do not want to redeem an item that you do not need.
