Despite the fact that he was not working alone! I ask you to take action, namely, high-quality training, so that he does not hang on the phone for hours calling his colleagues to find out "WHAT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO"? I used to order constantly at this pick-up point until HE showed up (bald guy, I didn't see the name).
He does everything so slowly, he's also rude. I ordered a sweater, checked for marriage (in my opinion, marriage is a hole). The thing didn't fit. When I returned, I found a stain from the concealer (I was without makeup), to my regret that I did not smear it, I did not make up at all. He charged me money, shouting that it was a MARRIAGE. I started arguing with him because I wanted to call the police.
In general, now it's rude to bypass it. By the way, I left good sums there every week. But I'll go to the next PVZ

A new employee appeared at this PVZ, who spoiled my mood yesterday with her boorish attitude. Not only does she look like she hasn't washed for two months (her head is so dirty that it's time for the animals to start there), she also behaves as if I came to her to beg. Of course, it's her own business how often to take a bath, but if you work in the service industry, then be kind enough to look AT LEAST decent. The girl was obviously very nervous and this had a strong effect on her work. Since at the moment when I said that I was refusing a specific product, she reminded me that she could not make a refund without packaging (this is logical, I understand this, but she accidentally threw this bag in the trash) and I took two bags out of the trash, gave them to her, she checked only one and She threw both of them back into the trash, telling me, "This is not the right package," and stands looking at me. I went back into the trash, rummaged through everything, found the SAME two bags and gave them to her, this time she agreed to make a refund. Even from the very beginning, the person did not give me one of the things I ordered, saying that she had not arrived, then she began to dig into my phone and see IF this product had REALLY arrived. She was just inattentive and tried to explain her mistake by saying that the program did not work all day. This employee did not have a badge, when asked to introduce herself, the woman said that this was confidential information. I said that I would write a complaint to her in support and she replied that employees can also give bad marks to customers. In short, it's just a quiet horror. I came here every time to shop and was satisfied, because the other employees are very pleasant and I was always lucky with the goods. If the head of this PVZ reads the reviews, then I really ask you to take action against this woman, she should not work with people.

Очень удобный для меня по местоположению пункт выдачи. Ребята на выдаче приветливые, всегда есть пакетики. Достаточно просторное помещение, есть 2 примерочные.

There was no complaint book on the spot either. She was not given away.
