I visited this pick-up point on 30.01. I was, to put it mildly, in shock. I want to go in and an employee and his friend come out right in front of me. They're going to smoke, but seeing that I'm coming in, a friend says "we won't have time for the hike," to which the employee replies "it's okay." As a result, I stand at the pick-up point inside the building and wait for him to smoke a cigarette. No interruptions, nothing was hanging. Okay, if they had at least said to me, "girl, I'm sorry, wait a couple of minutes," but nothing superfluous, the situation is acceptable for the employee. I am saddened by this attitude.

Terrible pick-up point. An employee (a young man in a black hoodie, working on 06/17/25) was rude, rude, and tried to force me to buy back an item that I wanted to cancel. He is not capable of dialogue. He didn't give his last name. As a result, I couldn't even redeem the part of the order that I planned to redeem. I do not recommend visiting this point))
