Employees simply give out your ordered items, and if the queues are large, and one girl is working, perhaps the second is already looking for your product, treat with understanding, it is also difficult for girls / guys to do several actions at once, they usually work two at the pick-up points.
And the product will be found, the money will be returned, you will not like it, re-order, and get a new one.
