Wonderful employees Sergey and Tatiana, will help , prompt, very polite. The location is not convenient for me a little, because with a small child it is impossible to drive in a wheelchair.

Начну пожалуй с плюсов, они все же есть, за них можно хотя бы две звезды поставить. Лично для меня удобное расположение, заметная вывеска, не нужно долго искать. Так же сотрудницы, учитывая что там у них творится. при всем этом довольно вежливые, я бы точно была на нервах, а они держатся, не грубят, все делаю грамотно.
Теперь минусы. Очевидно из-за черной пятницы и приближающихся праздников весь пункт выдачи просто завален коробками, они везде. На столе, в примерочных, на полу, под ногами у сотрудников. Нормальных стеллажей нет, их роль выполняют сложенные друг на друга пустые коробки. Под ногами так же коробки, видимо, чтобы убирать грязь было проще и не было скользко, но все в целом выглядит как полный хаос из коробок! Из-за такого завала даже в понедельник в рабочее время огромная очередь, сотрудники с трудом могут найти нужные посылки (не в упрек им, я вообще не понимаю, как это удается при таком завале), пришлось очень долго стоять. Сочувствую работникам, девочки держатся как могут, надеюсь владельцы пункта выдачи хотя бы стеллажи им поставят и в будущем научатся рассчитывать нагрузку и площадь помещения.

Удачно вписался в широкую сеть магазинов вайлдберис, практичести убрал очереди с соседнего пункта выдачи на Чкалова, пока есть недочеты, продавцы набираются опыта, весь тот негатив в виде количества коробок с товаром, малого наличия полок , картона на полу, будем надеятся, скоро уйдет в прошлое, всем добра и терпения

Не понравилось ждать целый час на морозе, когда откроется пункт выдачи. Информация о технических перерывах не указана ни в интернете, ни в приложении валдберес. Время работы у вас указано с 10:00 до 21:00 ежедневно. 🤦👎👎👎
