I really like that the point is a few steps from home. Managers are polite, friendly and friendly, help with various issues, are not rude in conflicts and talk calmly. The point itself is clean. I like that the room temperature is pleasant and bright enough.

A newcomer to the World Bank. I don't really like the interface on the orders website, there is no cancel order button, for example. It is unclear why the buyer's discount sticks out, where it is applied, I can't imagine. I took 2 orders, the purchase amount on the site was 0, although I did not return anything, I bought about 10 items. In the first order, the wrong product name came that I wanted, as if they had replaced it with what they had or mixed it up. Everything is fine at the pick-up point.
