Until today, I really liked the pick-up point. The staff were excellent, but today I got a terrible employee who told me to wait, as he was very busy with personal conversations on the phone, after which, without looking away from the phone, the employee did not hear the words *I'm picking up my order* and canceled it, after which she pretended with a dissatisfied face that she was not to blame for anything and I continued the conversation on the phone, the desire to go to this pick-up point completely disappeared.

A great point. The seller is always very friendly. Everything is clear and fast. It's nice that there's never a queue here.
