This is not the first time I have used this PVZ, and each visit leaves only positive impressions. I would like to mention the employees Narek and Varazdat separately. These are real professionals in their field! Narek always greets clients with a smile, is polite and very attentive. He is excellent at quickly navigating orders, even if there are a lot of people, everything is issued promptly and without delay. It is felt that he cares about the comfort of every visitor. Varazdat also deserves special thanks. He is a surprisingly patient and responsive person: he is always ready to prompt and help you figure out the nuances of an order or refund, while doing it calmly and respectfully. Thanks to such employees, there is a feeling of trust and confidence that your order is in safe hands. In general, the pick-up point works smoothly and in an organized manner: orders arrive on time, the room is neat, everything is laid out and convenient for customers. But it is the human factor that makes this place special. Thanks to Narek and Varazdat, it's always nice to come here, because you feel like a welcome customer. Thank you so much for this attitude! I hope the management appreciates such employees, because they are the ones who shape the company's reputation.
