It's not the first year I've been picking up goods at this PVZ, everything is always clean and polite. Yes, there are loading days and a lot of boxes, but this does not prevent you from picking up the goods in any way) The staff is polite enough, they can even help with the selection of goods. Over the years, I've never had a bad word said to any of the customers. Remember that working with people is very hard, and if you're being rude, just understand the staff!!

I can't pick up the product for 2 days, it's closed for technical reasons,why is there no information that it doesn't work.The application states the order is ready for receipt, the arrival is closed.The new employees are also kind of weird, 2 girls used to work, they always have cleanliness,order, now you go in a bunch of boxes, if you don't go to the point, the floors are dirty, I have to go to the next room, wait.Clean up the order from this point.

A new full-time employee, paired with a short-haired girl, commented unflatteringly on the filling of my order. After I commented that her comment was inappropriate and that I would write a review about it, she said "write wherever you want" and asked her colleague to add me to the blacklist. I think it's inappropriate, the staff used to be more polite and the room was cleaner. By the way, the comment was about rabbit paws, it's a snack for a cat. If the employee is a vegan, then she should not work at the PVZ, because they order canned food and leather goods there...
