My favorite WB pick-up point. Clean, bright, spacious enough and the staff are very friendly. I only go here to buy goods from the World Bank, even though I live in another part of the city.

This is the closest pick-up point to my house. Very convenient location. The staff is friendly, friendly, there have never been any tricky situations. Always clean and tidy. The fitting rooms are also in order. In the case of a refund or an item, the girls are happy to help, and do not dismiss you as long as you leave quickly. I don't know about other pick-up points, but this one is my favorite

The WildBerries pick-up point is located in a convenient location - in the center of Zaslavl. There are fitting booths in the room of the point. There is a huge parking lot near the point!

Just a month ago, everything was fine. Now it's some kind of horror to pick up the parcel, I had to drive up on Friday at 17.00, then on Sunday at 15.00, on Monday at 17.00, on Tuesday at 12.00 and finally at 17.20 I had to defend until 20.20 to pick up one small parcel, the second payment did not take place for unknown reasons, they said come tomorrow(Oh no..... rejection)! I do not know what this is connected with, but this is not normal, the queue was the same all days, about 20 people only on the street, everything is littered with boxes inside, I can assume that everything is long: because of the unfolded orders and the second is a free refusal, they order everything in a row, while fitting, then back, while choosing, paying.....
In general, I will refrain from shopping for now.

Terrible queues. They work slowly. We stood there for three days and couldn't pick up the goods. And the next time we stood for 3 hours, and the goods were not given out, they were not found. We took the number, closed the order, and will contact you when they come in. It's terrible!
