Everything would have been fine if it hadn't been for one employee at the pick-up point. It is not correct to consult about the return, payment and inspection of food. And they also wrote off the money during the inspection of the goods without knowing it. At first, they asked, "Is everything okay with the product, can I write off money?". And to my answer, "I don't know yet, I'm looking, don't write it off," they replied: "Chocolate is not being examined, I've already written it off.".....
Although there were not only food, but also cosmetics.....
And for a simple remark about consulting food and writing off money without knowledge. They began to aggressively bring out the dispute.....
Other employees are much more polite and give a choice in case of rejection of the product.

They are friendly, if necessary, they will prompt and help.According to the parcel, logistics is lame sometimes, but this is not a critical problem, sometimes they do not indicate where they are going .Arrivals at the point, as I noticed it in the morning around 9 o'clock, and in the evening by 8:00.The most important thing is to behave with dignity and everything will be fine.We are all human beings and deserve only the best :)

Now a few words about the store. EVERYTHING HAS BECOME MUCH WORSE than it was when wildberries was a legal entity in the Republic of Belarus.
1. What are the prices in Russian rubles? Why should I be a calculator? You are not selling your product in the Russian Federation.
2. Packaging quality: Very often the goods arrive in a dead package. You won't believe it, but sometimes people give gifts to each other. And I don't really want to give a crumpled and crumpled box with the words "but everything is fine inside, I checked".
3. Check the item you are shipping. Yesterday, my wife asked me to pick up 2 books that had been paid for. He took it. Upon arrival home, it turned out that one book was not the same (AT ALL). And books (drum roll) are non-refundable. Or when I was there, a person took away Christmas socks in a package. I did not unpack and check, but two minutes later I returned and it turned out that there was a note inside instead of the ordered goods. They say there is no ordered size and we have put others for you. Take these, they're good. And socks are also non-refundable. Tadam! ALWAYS CHECK, THEY MAY TRY TO CHEAT YOU FOR YOUR OWN MONEY. AND THEN WRITE LETTERS TO RUSSIA, OF COURSE THEY WILL ANSWER YOU.
And the last thing. People on the Internet can't try on clothes, but not everyone can pay for several sizes at once to have them delivered to them for fitting. And then pick one up and wait for a refund after a rain on Thursday of the remaining amount to the card with exchange differences, too reluctant. This is food for thought for you.
