you don't have to wait for the pros in this review, because here I saw only solid cons in the PVZ, it's eternal dirt,some unwashed floors,wrappers are lying around, they do their job slowly,a queue is gathering on the street and waiting for their parcels,the last case is out of the ordinary,put my orders for a refund when I I didn't even see them, I didn't try to smooth over the blame in any way, they communicate with you, we're kind of not friends, why do we immediately switch to you, in general, we order together to another pvz after all these moments

I understand everything, there are a lot of orders, customers, but this does not mean that you can just lose the product and say that you will come in the evening, but what is my fault that you cannot find the product?! And indeed, as someone wrote above, that the service leaves the best No one has to wait in line for half an hour to be told, sorry, the product wasn't found, but did you at least try to do something about it?!

I stood in line for 50 minutes today. Very stuffy and very slow service. The girl worked alone to deliver the goods, while her colleague slowly scanned the newly received boxes. The queue to the street, apparently, did not bother anyone.

A great point. All the negativity written is created by the clients themselves. They throw garbage on the floor, not in the drawers. Trampling the dirt. When will employees clean up and give out and lay out your goods????? It's a hell of a job. Respect the work of others for your benefit. And I wish prosperity and patience to the employees from ungrateful customers . P.S. dear manager, install the air conditioner. It is impossible to stay because of the heat. Feel sorry for your employees and customers!

It's just a disgusting pick-up point. I arrived at 20.20, stood for 40 minutes and when it was very close to receiving the goods, the girl said that we work until 9, so we will not serve anyone. If you realize that you will not have time to serve people, then why not say so in advance?? Why not tell people not to queue up?? I came in 40 minutes!!! How can I know how the queue will move??? To all requests to receive goods, the girls referred that they work for 12 hours, they are tired and work until 9, so they will not serve anyone. I understand everything, but such a disgusting attitude is unacceptable. People standing in line could also have plans, instead of coming, standing in line and leaving!

I can't take it anymore! How much can you bully employees and customers? This pick-up point has been operating for many years, and it has not bothered to create normal conditions! Why can't we install air conditioners for comfortable operation and maintenance? Every time I leave your place, I feel like I've spent time in a sauna— my clothes stick to my body, and it becomes impossible to try on things. It's at +20. Now imagine what happens there when the temperature is over 20. Guys, please FINALLY create good working conditions for your own employees. They really have something to worry about, because they're trying their best. The girls are great, they work competently and with a smile, 10/10, but the conditions in which they have to work are simply terrible.

I join all the negative reviews on this issue. Arrogant, ill-mannered, rude employees, especially the employee's boyfriend. He did not want to accept the product, which I could return under the terms of the store within 14 days. He told me to create a refund for the defect, although there was no refund, but just a part for the car did not fit the reinforcement, which later led to a problem and the seller replied with a part of proper quality and refused to return. Calling the call center, the girl said that he was obliged to accept the item for a refund and that there was no need to create any marriage applications, which now led to the problem of returning the goods. During the conversation, he sat on a chair with his feet in the air without shoes, while gnawing on sunflower seeds and behaving as if I had come to his house, and not in a proper way, as an employee of Valberis. I shot a video that will go to the management with my demand to dismiss this employee.

Today, 12/16/2024, in the evening after 6 p.m., I picked up my order at the pick-up point Minsk, Rokossovsky, 145A. I had 8 items, I refused one, and paid for 7, packed it in a bag and left. Before that, I opened everything in front of the cameras and checked, there were a lot of people. At home, I saw that I had brought not 7 goods, but 6. I returned to the pick-up point (there were already few people), and I wanted to ask the specialist girl about the situation to find out if they hadn't given me the goods or if I had left them in the fuss. But before I could finish, the girl, munching (she was eating belyash), interrupted me and gave some kind of automatic response unrelated to my situation. I made a remark to her, told her not to slurp and listened to the question. But the girl began to complain and her colleague, Maxim, too. Instead of listening and understanding, they behaved arrogantly and with mockery, which of course "added oil to the fire." I asked to watch on camera the moment I picked up the goods. The guy had already quietly looked at everything on the phone, but continued to complain, instead of smoothing out the corners and fulfilling his direct duties and providing the consumer - me - with information and high-quality service. As a result, it turned out that my product was lying on the counter next to other boxes. I didn't pick it up in the rush. In the process of finding out, a couple of people tried to intervene, attacking me, saying that I was building sellers. A disgusting situation, which was completely provoked, was allowed by ill-mannered and incompetent specialists. I have faced their arrogance more than once, but today there was a crossing of all boundaries on their part. I demand consideration of my complaint and appropriate punishment for would-be employees. It was a blatant disrespect. They were rude, said like teenagers, "don't teach us how to live," and referred to fatigue. But I also have my own human factors and I came to find out the question of the product, and not to be cheated out, brazenly exposing myself to blame. Disgusting. I am filing a complaint against both specialists and this entire pick-up point, which is unclear how the staff trains. Do not interrupt and do not munch - this is the first remark I made to your employee, who was lounging in an armchair eating belyash. And for a remark, two employees on shift staged a circus. It seems that the employees at the specified pick-up point are not adequate and do not realize the boundaries and necessary behavior in the workplace

Employees working on 25.09 did not behave rudely, but simply as incorrectly as possible. It seems to me that the words in the direction of customers "leave, I told you" and so on are not quite correct behavior. I like this chain more than its direct competitors - prices are usually higher, but the quality of clothing and assortment are definitely better. The chain stores have an emphatically polite and attentive attitude towards visitors. On the days of delivery, there is often an emergency, but this is essentially everywhere.

People are standing on the street because they can no longer fit. How can one person cope with such a flow. And this has been going on for more than a month. Замечательный пункт выдачи, девушки, которые выдают посылки, очень вежливые, из минусов - иногда грязновато в примерочных и пару раз терялись товары, из-за чего приходилось долго ждать, но такое бывает редко

The pick-up point is incredibly stuffy and hot, and the air conditioners are not working. It's just not realistic to be there, I'm already silent about trying on clothes. Terrible service. I'm not talking about everyone, but about the girls who worked on 07/18/2025. Due to the infernal heat in the PVZ, which significantly slowed down the fitting, I stayed in the fitting room for a couple of minutes after 9 o'clock. And at 21:02, they started yelling at me specifically with negativity, so I apologized first, because I understood that I was detaining a person. I came out of the fitting room with my things, and they immediately started being rude to me and told me they wouldn't accept a refund. Moreover, it was not the girl who accepted me who shouted and communicated with me, but her colleague, to whom I had nothing to do. The girl who interacted with me, it is clear that she was influenced by her boorish colleague, who would have been worth learning good manners. After all, yelling, meddling, and giving unsolicited advice doesn't seem to be OK. I went to this PVZ for at least 3 years. Even the stuffiness didn't stop me, but with such an attitude towards people, I decided to choose another pick-up point.
