16.10.25 (13.30) Wildberries employee Veronika Alexandrovna Mananikova (that's how she introduced herself) during working hours, despite the presence of customers in the room, threw them out the door and went to smoke with a friend who came to visit her, who behaved boorishly and was defiantly rude. Customers had to wait for the employee to finish her smoke break, as a result, a queue formed. I ask the management to take action on this ugly situation.
