The pick-up point is very small, permanently cluttered and untidy, dirty! Trying on things in the cabin when anyone in line can see you behind the curtain is such a pleasure. The conditions for fitting are unacceptable, there is no privacy at all! There are no questions for the staff, they are polite and pleasant, even in such working conditions.
