Good PVZ, I like that it is very close to home. Friendly employees are good, of course, but even if they are not friendly (for me personally, it's okay, with such a job it seems to me it's hard to keep a brand all day, you get very tired), the main thing for me is that they do their job efficiently. I also noticed that people working there often change, mostly for a month or 2 and a new person comes. Even 2 months is a long time. Perhaps they have a small PO and large fines.

The location of the PVZ is excellent, very convenient, close to the house. But one of the employees, Martha, is something. You come to the point, you always have such a face, as if you owe her something, but these are small things compared to the fact that it is not the first time that she allegedly mistakenly writes off money for goods that you do not pick up, that's the problem. But even these are small things, if a person realized his mistake and at least apologized. Not only was there a write-off, but no one warned us, they did not go far well and found out on time, they immediately came to the point. So this Martha started arguing with us, she didn't want to give us her details for writing a complaint, she also refused to give out a complaint book at first. She doesn't wear a badge, but she should. And this situation is not the first time, and not only with us. We kindly ask the management to influence this. Because of such employees, you do not want to place an order at this point.
