Polite guys, no queue, there are contact numbers on the doors in case they come out. But in six months of service, I called only once, and then they opened in less than five minutes.

I can't take the goods. The SMS does not arrive in the application. They refuse to issue the goods. The zero application does not work in general. Such a huge company and the application is just a "village" could not be done properly. I do not recommend anyone to buy better in Aliexpress and it is cheaper and arrives on time.
