Terrible quality of work, attitude towards incoming people. You stand for half an hour or more behind a couple of product lines when there are only 3 people in front of you . One is sitting on her ass doing nothing, the other is barely looking for these products, while simultaneously discussing other visitors with her colleague. I have never met such slow and incompetent employees at any world Bank. The worst WB in the whole of Belarus, it's a pity you can't leave 0 stars.
