Good day! I came to this pick-up point at 8:53 p.m., 7 minutes before closing time, to pick up the already paid items (6 items). A young girl with black hair refused to issue an order, arguing that there were a lot of them and they were accepting... (at the same time, she accepted the order from the man who came after me) I said I didn't need to try on anything, I was ready to just pick them up, but they told me, "Come back tomorrow." I do not know what to think, because coming to the store 5 minutes before closing, for example, I will be served, regardless of the number of items. I can understand the human factor: fatigue, exhaustion, etc., but this is work, they had to give me my goods.

The item is good, but this review was born because of the "wonderful" girl who gave out the product. Her behavior is extremely rude and she treats her clients as if she hates the whole world. They broke through my goods without my consent and then tried to prove to me that I told her I would take everything. It was good that there was a young man nearby who supported me in the argument and confirmed that I had not said such a thing and had been standing and examining the goods for several minutes for a reason. The rest of the guys are wonderful and communicate well, I leave pleasant impressions from visiting the point.

The biggest plus for me is that it's close to home. I have never had any negative situations related to this pick-up point, professional workers have not lost anything, they have not been rude, there are queues, but the guys work quickly and do not have to stand on duty.
