I came to the Wildberries pick-up point, the thing didn't fit, but after fitting, a small wet spot remained on the fabric (apparently from condensation or wet hands). Instead of just wiping it or calmly accepting the refund, the employee staged a real theater.: — She immediately stated that "it's not her problem" and "if it's a stain, it means she won't accept it."; — When I explained that the stain was not from dirt, but simply from water, she reacted with irritation: "So what? Rules are rules!" (although what kind of rules prohibit micro-water on the fabric?); — She pointedly refused to even try to resolve the issue – she just pushed the thing away and continued to go about her business. After much bickering, she reluctantly agreed to accept the goods, but the whole argument was completely pointless! Why make the client nervous if it was possible to resolve the issue normally right away? Conclusion: Wildberries employees should understand that small traces of fitting are not damage to the product, but part of the normal process. If I hadn't argued, I would have been illegally denied a refund! Score: 1/10 (one for rudeness)
