The employee behaves extremely boorishly, is rude out of the blue and is clearly not adequate — his gaze is glassy, his movements are inhibited, as if he got stoned. Rap is raging in the room itself, it's just unpleasant and disgusting to be there. To turn down the music or communicate politely, there is no reaction except aggression.
