The point is constantly closed for technical breaks, the schedule and duration of which are not indicated anywhere, and information signs are not posted. When contacting employees, they do not provide accurate information about the time when work will resume. Because of this, it is very inconvenient and unclear when to pick up the ordered product. I ask the management of Wildberries to take measures to eliminate this problem: ensure compliance with the stated operating mode, inform customers about interruptions.
