In November, they charged 13,000 for the order that I returned, and according to all the rules, the employee was just not attentive, I discovered it half a year later when I looked at the purchase history of the World Bank, they said that the cameras were deleted every 3 months and could not do anything. A couple of months ago, we confused the refund with the purchase, again, it was a minus for me, although I had 3 products and I was alone at the PVZ, as you know, the work was not difficult. They didn't decide anything later, and I didn't even hear an apology. There is no feedback, WB support also does not solve anything, they recommend solving the issue with the PVZ, which also does not solve anything. In short, I do not recommend it, and the employees run to cry in their room when you start talking about it with them, some kind of madhouse, the management number said "yeah right now".
