Terrible pick-up point. Impolite employees. Not enough space. It's always dirty and uncomfortable. Plus, after negative reviews, they simply block the customer's buyer and pretend they don't know or understand anything. Then why do we need these questions about the pick-up point at all, if after the bad ones you are simply blocked instead of fixing everything and trying to become a better person?..😞😩👎👎👎

20.10.2024.I came in, said hello; no response.He called the phone number, the last four digits and the code.The employee Irina said that the code was incorrect, there was nothing.I repeated the code and the full phone number, then I found the order.She didn't apologize.An impolite and incompetent employee.I've been ordering on wildberries for 10 years, this is the first time; I just received orders at another pick-up point; I changed it to a closer one.Disappointed.
