I want to say a huge thank you to the employee of this pick—up point, Anton! In an age when service is often lame, a man with a capital letter works here. Anton is a godsend for Wildberries! He doesn't just give out orders, he creates an atmosphere of comfort. He is always friendly and smiling, despite the long queues, and works clearly and quickly. Separately, I would like to note his patience and attentiveness: he explains in detail how to use the fitting room, helps with refunds if something does not fit, and always tells you how it is more profitable to pick up the order. It is clear that Anton loves his job and treats his clients with a soul. With such a stream of people, staying positive is a talent! Now I only come here, even if I have to walk for an extra 10 minutes. Thank you to the management for such a valuable employee! Anton, you're the best!

There used to be a great pick-up point, as long as there were regular people working there. Now, there is no desire to go there. You can't check the technical product, they don't listen to anyone, they immediately write off the money as soon as you start checking, they refuse refunds and refusals, they say, do it through the seller
