The employee made the payment, even though I asked them to cancel the product. The product turned out to be non-refundable, the seller refused to return it due to a marriage (I waited about a week for an answer), after which the WB employee told me to write to the seller again and threaten him, as if this was the seller's problem and I should solve it, not them. In general, the prospect of solving the problem myself for at least another week did not seem interesting, and I had to pick up the goods.
