Only one perfume was opened, and the same one was definitely ready to be redeemed. He refused the second one and did not open it. The employee said that there are no cameras in half of the hall where the goods are checked (this is the problem of the pick-up point, not mine). I had 2 people nearby who should have seen that I did not open the second one (it was immediately visually dented and with scratches, which is already a marriage). And it's not suitable for a gift. That's why she thought I'd opened both of them. And I wrote off the money right away. It was useless to explain anything. There was also a similar refund situation a year ago. It's better to avoid this point. I hope that Wilberis himself will take at least some measures, or replace the one who works there.
