The previous staff was better. The breaks were 5-10 minutes each Now there are three half-hour breaks per day. I go every day and I can't pick up the goods. There was no such thing before the staff change!

The staff is slow to work. One of the consultant girls (Elena, it seems) is rude, does not own the application, cannot navigate how to solve problems. Refuses to accept defective goods, the return of which was approved by the WB service itself. The approval came both in the account and in the mail. The service is terrible. Plus the queues are long. I don't recommend it.
