The first time, they were forced to buy a defective product, as they did not immediately notice the hole (there were many products). In response, they heard that the sorting center would not accept this! The main question follows: Then how does the defective product get to the pick-up point? And it's the fault of the customer who came to get a quality product (at least he thinks so) or careless employees who missed it? The second time, the wrong size was indicated on the shoes (Chinese aquasocks are small) and the seller's quote "Well, you'll take them away," I had to defend my rights, because they again forced me to pay for something that was not my fault. After visiting such points, the mood deteriorates for a long time...
