The point itself is very nice and the location is convenient. Some employees are just cats. But the whole impression is spoiled by a girl who always has a dissatisfied face and it feels like I walked into her house uninvited and took a shit on her doorstep. On 11.02, I went to the PVZ at 20:50 and knew exactly what I needed to pick up , 10 of the 13 goods, to which I heard " Are you kidding me?". I fell out with this joke, it took me a moment to realize that she was talking to a stranger. At 20:55, I already left with the selected positions. Unpleasant communication from an employee leaves, of course, a residue...

I ordered a chondroprotector (joints and ligaments). Paid. I came to receive it. The HTP manager checked the code, then scanned the QR code and said that it did not break. When I asked for help, she replied that you should resolve all issues with the hotline. 45!!!!!It took us a few minutes to solve the problem with the operator from mobile to city. After we went through all the stages of site control, we came back to the HTP to check the operator's error. The answer is: "Oh, and your code is already passing....". Bottom line: money spent on urban communication from a mobile phone, which is a lot in 45 minutes (, a ruined day at zero, well, and a complete reluctance to return to this point.

When she came to pick up the parcel and did not have time to reach the counter, the employee said that she had a legitimate technical break of 20 minutes. She needs to accept the goods. And she wanted to do it at the rush hour, when a lot of people are coming from work. Of course, there were no ads. The work schedule at the entrance is indicated until 21.00 without any breaks. Although it's my own fault that I'm complaining here, I should have guessed and read my thoughts in advance that the employee would want a break. Thanks!
