Не хотели принимать посылку на возврат товара, так как не работает база. Сказали что это моя проблема а не пункта выдачи. Руководитель Андрей грубый, не хотят решать проблему. Хотя в службе поддержки Валберис написали обратиться на пункт выдачи где забирали посылку.

I got into rush hour, but I don't have the opportunity to come in at another time. I will never order here again and will not advise anyone.
