The product arrived on February 11th. The product was ordered with a choice of delivery method: by courier. The goods arrived not at the place of the delivery address, but in another city - this one (although there are pick-up points at the specified delivery location). And since February 11, Market Place has been looking for a courier for two weeks (I don't know who messed up the pick-up point or the services above in this scheme, by the way, support did not respond intelligibly, but more on it below). Why provide a courier delivery option if there are no couriers? It is not possible to return the goods, it is as inconvenient as possible for the customer to go to another city for the goods, initially ordering the goods with the condition of delivery by courier. In case of expiration, the product goes back. The only way to wait for this deadline. The support service deserves special attention. What does it support? The whole spectrum of resentment against the Market Place? In general, terrible service, disregard. Half a star for giving away the product at all. The support service is minus 100 points. An absolutely useless service.

The woman often talks on the phone and gets distracted, and the guy works well and promptly. There are also a lot of boxes, even in the fitting rooms, which is more like a warehouse. And a significant disadvantage is that it is impossible to enter with a stroller, and it is very problematic to try things on with a child in your arms. Therefore, when the delivery point for Pushkin was opened, I was very happy to pick up orders there.
